Astrid Lindgren is an author beloved by many Georgian readers. It is noteworthy that interest in her books is significant up to now.

The main goal of Astrid Lindgren’s Week is to increase the students’ literacy level, to promote the love of books and inform children about the life and the works of the famous author.

On the first day of the week, the Georgian Program students from grade 3 made interesting presentations and participated in a literary quiz show. For loving Lindgren’s books and characters memorable certificates were awarded to the participants.
